Ordering and Payment

To order a product you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on our website. Details of our prices for the Products are displayed on our website.

We use PayPal as the payment gateway on our website where you can securely submit your payment details. When you have completed the process you will receive an email from Paypal confirming that they have taken your payment card details and forwarded all your order and delivery details to us.

Please note that when using PayPal, you must also agree to their separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We will then send to you an email acknowledging your order and detailing the items you have ordered. If a product is out of stock we will notify you as soon as we have received your order.

We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full.

Privacy

By using the Website, you agree to keep your password and account details confidential, and to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all actions that occur in relation to your account. If you forget your password we will reset it upon your request and send it to the email address you registered with.

GreenPet collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected by GreenPet to process the Purchaser’s order. GreenPet does not sell or pass customer’s e-mail addresses or other details to third parties.

Law

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
