Where are GreenPet products made? 

Our products are developed and made in England.

Are your products 100% natural?

Yes, they are.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, even though we do not have the vegan logo yet.

Are your products or the ingredients you use in them tested on animals?

No, they are not.

Does the product smell of anything? 

The products smell of the essential oils in them.

Do you have a sample/tester? 

Unfortunately, we do not have samples at the moment.

My cat just had his vaccinations. Is it safe to use Calm Cat?

Yes, it is safe.

Can I give your Calm Cat with any medication my pet might need from my vet?

Yes, you can. But we would recommend consulting with a holistic vet.

Do your products contain Tea Tree oil?

Any of the products don’t include Tea Tree oil.
Tea Tree essential oil has strong antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral insect-repelling properties. There were reported cases when the oil was applied dermally to dogs and cats. In most cases, the oil was misused and had high doses. The increased demand and mass production of Tea Tree oil open the gates for adulterated and poor-quality oils to reach the market. This is resulting in more adverse reactions and irritations in humans and animals.

How long will the spray last when applied? How long before I must reapply?

It is individual, as each cat is different. With some cats, a few spritzes of Calm Cat may last for hours. However, some of it needs to be reapplied every 15 – 20 minutes. It also depends on the situation your cat is in.

What if my cat still gets excited/anxious after using the product? 

Each cat is different. On some cats Calm Cat has to be applied more often than on others.

Do the sprays mat, colour coat? 

It does not matt or colour the coat.

How many sprays are in a 100ml bottle?

In 100ml bottle is 500 spritzes.

Which other GreenPet products can I use on my cat? I heard essential oils are toxic to cats.

Apart from Calm Cat, they don’t contain essential oils but hydrosols; the products are not suitable for cats. Cats are deficient enzymes responsible for metabolizing and eliminating phenols and phenolic acid. And these compounds are commonly contained in pharmaceuticals and health products, including essential oils. Their presents in many essential oils make them unsafe to use around cats.

What other animals can I use your products on?

Calm Cat is suitable for cats and other small animals. Other products are not suitable for cats and small animals, only dogs and large animals, i.e., horses, donkeys, sheep…

I am running a cat/dog show(event) in my area. Can you send me some samples for prizes or raffle prizes?

If your order contains pre-order, back-order items, we will inform you via email and send the items as soon as possible.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?
